At Ocean View Pens, I fully stand behind my products and craftsmanship. Order any handmade pen and, if you don’t like it within 14 days, I’ll exchange it for another one (of course, the pen must be in perfect condition) or I’ll refund 100% of the price of the pen.
I believe in my products. I stand behind my craftsmanship and want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If you are ever unsatisfied with one of our handmade pens, contact us and I will find a way to make it right.
Warranty
Your pen is warranted against defects for 1 YEAR. Defects do not include bark incursions, voids or other naturally occurring elements of the wood or other material. These are inherent in the selection of a natural material and have enhanced their beauty.
At any time during the first year should your pen not function as intended, simply contact me for return authorization. I will refund, repair or replace (at my discretion) your pen. Postage will be paid by me.
My warranty does not extend to ink cartridges, refills or pencil leads which are consumed through use. I offer additional ink, refills and leads which should be purchased at the same time as your pen!
