Payment options
We accept PayPal payment, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards.
Your credit card payment will be redirected and processed through PayPal Merchant Services and in turn is protected by PayPal’s secured SSL infrastructure.
OceanViewHandcraftedPens.com is PayPal Verified seller. A Verified seller has provided additional evidence of their identity to PayPal by passing key security checks and completing the PayPal Verification process. (To check whether a seller has been verified, type in the seller’s email address on the Send Money tab and you’ll see whether or not they are Verified).
An invoice is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement. We also suggest that you print or capture your confirmation page as a receipt.
California Sales Tax
California sales tax requirements are applied to the cost of your purchase if the order is shipped to a destination in California.
Shipping
Most products will be ready to ship within 24-48 hours after your order has been completed.
Packages for US destinations will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2-3 business days. If you need the products quicker, we will ship it through USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) or with another carrier for overnight delivery. Please contact us and we will work with you to manage the expedited shipping costs and arrangements.

Canada (First Class International): $8.35
Canada (Priority Mail International): $15.00
Europe, Australia, Mexico & Japan destinations (First Class International): $15.00

Items shipped outside the U.S. will take extra time to deliver and process, and delivery may be further delayed by local customs requirements.
